MONTH
The month of October, 2004
commemorates Diversity Awareness Month, a nationwide initiative
recognizing
how organizations

awareness can be designed to reflect
the attitudes, values and strategic focus of organizations
both large and small. Since there is never just one way
to approach the concept, Diversity Awareness Month helps
frame the variety of methods to incorporate the concept
