Wishing Everyone A Blessed Easter around the world. You can't have Christianity without the Easter Story.
May the love and grace of Jesus Christ fill our hearts as we reach out to those who are similar and different than ourselves. May we continue to strive to make meaningful connections and purpose in all that we do.

An event that took place centuries ago still has our rapt attention and is embedded in the fabric of our souls. We close schools, government offices, stores, and the US Stock Exchange shuts down in memory of his crucifixion.
With more than 2.18 billion followers worldwide, there has to be a powerful message in the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. As I Christian, I am one of those followers and will pay tribute to that Holy Man from tonight through Sunday...the time we commemorate Maundy Thursday, Good Friday and Easter Sunday Morning.
Let the church bells ring and let your Christianity proclaim the inclusive generosity of a living and soul saving God. This is the highest time period in the Christian calendar and beyond the Easter Egg hunts, fancy new clothes and new Easter hats the essence of Christianity is symbolized in the death AND resurrection of Jesus Christ.
Listen, reflect and pause....as we enter the high holy Easter Weekend.
There are 2.18 billion Christians around the world, up from about 600 million in 1910, according to a 2011 study by the Pew Research Center’s Forum on Religion & Public Life. But the world’s overall population also has risen rapidly, from an estimated 1.8 billion in 1910 to 6.9 billion in 2010. As a result, Christians make up about the same portion of the world’s population today (32%) as they did a century ago (35%).

The Thursday before Easter, observed in the Christian Church as a commemoration of the Last Supper.
The day that Jesus Christ was executed on the cross at Calvary commonly thought of between 12 noon and 3pm.
The day that Jesus Christ arose from the dead, left the tomb where his body was buried and fulfilled the spiritual promise of salvation for all who believe in HIs sovereign power.
