Frank McCarthy's executive search work spans some 40 years. He has personally placed countless professionals on their jobs throughout New England and beyond, and he keeps on going. I sat down and talked to Frank about what trends he sees for job hunters, where the industry is headed, and how his background as a former Catholic priest shaped his career success.
We'll also share with you Five Ways to maximize your conference experience as we gear up for next week's November 2nd Multicultural Conference. You'll want to take some notes, so get out pen, paper or iPad and let's get you ready for your next conference, convention, symposium and executive retreat.
